Select Projects is op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die aan de slag wil gaan als
**Associate Scientist Lab** ter versterking van ons team bij een biofarmaceutisch bedrijf in Gent.

Als
**Associate Scientist Lab** zal je instaan voor
- Uitvoeren van analyses zoals HPLC, UPLC, capillaire elektroforese, UV-spectrofotometrie, vochtgehalte, osmolaliteit, pH, ELISA, celgebaseerde potency assays, deeltjestelling,... vereist voor vrijgavetesten, stabiliteitstesten en gebruikstesten voor verschillende Nanobody-batches bestemd voor preklinisch en klinisch gebruik, in overeenstemming met de GMP-regelgeving
- Verrichten van analyses die nodig zijn voor de kwalificatie van analytische methoden
- Helpen bij het opstellen en afwerken van GMP-documenten zoals systeeminstructies, analyseplannen, validatieplannen, resultatenrapporten en methodevalidatierapporten
- Interpreteren en rapporteren van de gegevens volgens de methoden en conform de GMP-voorschriften
- Toezien dat de opslag van de materialen gebeurt volgens de interne richtlijnen en ervoor zorgen dat verzendingen van materialen gebeuren volgens de specifieke instructies
- Dagelijks onderhoud van analytische apparatuur laboratoriumbenodigdheden en het reinigen van glaswerk
- Zelfstandig inplannen van je dagelijkse werk volgens de instructies van je supervisor

Als
**Associate Scientist Lab** ben/heb je:

- **Professionele bachelor of master** in de wetenschappen bv. biotechnologie, biochemie,...
- **Minstens vijf jaar werkervaring **in een laboratorium binnen de life sciences industrie
- **Praktische ervaring met chromatografische technieke**n bv. UPLC, HPLC, size exclusion,..
- Kennis van** GMP-** **en** kwaliteitsrichtlijnen**:

- Zeer goede kennis van **Microsoft Office **(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint,...).
- Zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het **Nederlands **en **Engels**:

- Enthousiast
