Bouw mee aan de toekomst en sluit je aan als Expansion Manager bij Ampeer, een bedrijf dat een netwerk bouwt van snellaadstations waar àlle elektrische auto's kunnen opladen.
Jouw rol
Als Expansion Manager kom je ons team versterken om de groei van AMPEER te stimuleren en er zo voor te zorgen dat elke bestuurder van een elektrische wagen snel kan opladen waar hij wil. Heel concreet help je met het zoeken naar potentiële locaties waar we snellaadstations kunnen plaatsen. Je zal geschikte locaties moeten identificeren, nieuwe zakelijke relaties ontwikkelen, contracten onderhandelen en ondertekenen.
- Zoeken naar locaties: je vindt geschikte locaties voor onze Ampeer stations.
- Onderhandelingen: afhankelijk van de locatie, zoek je met de eigenaar naar de beste constructie om laadpalen te plaatsen (huren, kopen, recht van opstal, ). Je begeleidt en leidt belangrijke vastgoedtransacties en onderhandelingen, controleert bouwrecht en interne voorwaarden voor de locaties.
- Vastgoedbeheer: je ondersteunt en overziet de ontwikkeling van de verworven sites vanaf de ondertekening tot de opening van het laadstation en blijft langetermijnrelaties opbouwen met externe belanghebbenden.
- Netwerken: je brengt je eigen netwerk binnen de vastgoedsector mee, maar ontwikkelt ook aanvullende externe relaties om ons netwerk uit te breiden, zoals grondeigenaren, ontwikkelingsmaatschappijen en retailers om de ontwikkeling van nieuwe locaties mogelijk te maken.

Je werkt graag resultaatgericht en bent een gedreven netwerker. Je bent ondernemend, dynamisch en vlot in de omgang.

- Je durft initiatief nemen en je hebt een flexibele mindset. Ook na de uren of in het weekend spot je opportuniteiten;
- Je commerciële inzicht helpt je om onderhandelingen succesvol te leiden en projecten tot een goed einde te brengen.
- Je hebt een sterke commerciële en probleemoplossende mentaliteit
- Heb je ervaring als verkoper/vertegenwoordiger? Dat is extra mooi meegenomen. Indien niet, maar je bent wel vlot in de omgang? Zeker ook goed
- Je spreekt Nederlands en je kan jou ook behelpen in het Frans en Engels
