To strengthen our HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) department we are looking for an **HSSE Manager (M/F/X) for the Cluster North perimeter**

**Your CHALLENGE as HSSE Manager Cluster North (M/F/X)**

As an active member of the Flexible Generation HSSE team, you will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Cluster North, you will serve as a lead and expert on specific topics, tracking the evolution of relevant HSSE policies, requirements, rules, and standards. You will contribute to various HSSE initiatives such as, safety audits, communication efforts, and the organization of REX sessions and the HSSE management system. Your role will involve in-depth knowledge building and active participation in a range of HSSE activities such as:

- Analyze and translate HSSE governance from ENGIE group and GBU into objectives for Flexible Generation Europe and Cluster North.
- Advise and support the Cluster North Manager and HSSE Community on HSSE aspects to meet objectives and stimulate improvement.
- Participate in Management Team meetings, ensuring HSSE topics are addressed.
- Lead the network of Cluster North HSSE managers.
- Oversee HSSE event reporting, focusing on important events.
- Support and challenge Root Cause Analysis performed by operational entities.
- Conduct regular field visits, focusing on major risks and HSSE roadmap points.
- Analyze HSSE performance, identifying trends, good practices, and areas for improvement.
- Continuously develop HSSE expertise relevant to our operations.
- Organize dedicated support towards operational entities in alignment with Cluster Management and the HSE community, and monitor progress.

You will work closely with the Flexible Generation Europe HSSE Manager, you will support colleague-led transversal initiatives and connect with HSSE experts within the group

**YOUR PROFILE as HSSE Manager Cluster North (M/F/X)**
- You hold a degree in Engineering in a technical field of study or equal by experience.
- You can demonstrate relevant field experience in the field of health and safety and process safety & environment.
- Recognized managerial and people management skills, applied to the field of prevention-health and safety in the industrial sectors.
- Industrial knowledge, to ensure the coherence of actions by integrating the areas of Health, Safety, and the Environment in a logic of performance and continuous improvement.
- Ethical, deontological and discretion skills.
- You speak Dutch and you are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
- You have good synthesis and writing skills.
- Teamwork, sense of service, and autonomy.
- You have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- You are available for periodic travel within the Flexible Generation Europe perimeter.
