We are currently seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Industrial Marketing team at our EMEA headquarters in Leuven.
You will work on a wide range of marketing projects and collaborate closely with the marketing teams, both globally and locally, and with our agencies to support the industrial business units with their digital marketing needs.
About the role:
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and lead digital marketing projects with internal and external resources- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and channels- Collaborate with the business units to identify goals and translate them into effective strategies- Identify and targeting key audiences, delivering compelling digital marketing campaigns- Track and report on the performance of all digital and relevant marketing activities- Oversee content enablement and optimization of digital asset management- Work with sales, marketing and digital marketing teams to implement innovative solutions;
Your Profile:
- SEM / SEO- CRM (preferably MS Dynamics)- Marketing Automation (preferably Adobe Marketo)
Other important skillsets are:
- Proficient in analytics with a deep understanding of website analytics and conversion metrics- Capable of effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously while taking ownership of the projects- Display excellent communication skills and work collaboratively with others- Excellent English language skills, fluency in other European languages is considered a bonus- Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach- Team player who values close collaboration, yet can work independently- Experience in B2B and industrial sectors is preferred. Previous experience in B2C or customer-centric activities would be an added advantage.
