Description
As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building a themed plan, identifying brands that fit that theme and creating a marketing plan for those brands could vary depending on the organization's size and structure.

You are expected to demonstrate a strategic acumen, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of laboratories requirements, in order to formulate a marketing plan and a well-suited marketing strategy.

**Main responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify laboratories that can help the company achieve its marketing and business objectives.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with the company's brand values and goals.

2. Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Monitor partnership performance and ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations.
- Be in contact with other divisions of Marketing to create new channels services
- Manage a team of 2 persons

3. Marketing and Promotion
- Create the Marketing Book, bring it into existence in line with laboratories strategy and plan it
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop joint marketing and promotional campaigns that leverage and benefit both brands.
- Coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and engagement.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to partnerships, such as ROI, engagement, and brand visibility. And communicate it to partners.
- Create regular reports to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

5. Budget Management
- Develop and manage budgets related to partnership activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.

6. Innovation and Growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Proactively seek new ways to expand and optimize partnership strategies.

**Profile**:

- Master Degree in Marketing - Business
- Proven experience in Project Management, Partnership management, B2B and Trade Marketing
- Experience of minimum 5 years
- Be passionate by health and wellness sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategy and analytic mind
- Data driven
- Creative thinking and ability to identify unique partnership opportunities
- Problem solving
- French, English and Dutch
