Job Summary: PEPITe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead and execute our marketing operations. This role involves creating and managing marketing and communication plans, overseeing budgets, supporting sales and partners, and managing a wide range of communication channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Marketing operations; Organize weekly meetings including agenda preparation and minutes of meeting (MOM) documentation. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication plans. Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and spending. Sales and Partner Support: Provide support for sales teams and partners. Create and manage commercial presentations and sales templates (e.g., Letters of Proposal). Develop and maintain marketing collaterals Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted emailing campaigns. Oversee e-learning content and structure management. Produce non-technical content for various audiences. Manage user support and engagement. Handle certificates and analytics for campaigns and projects. Education and Events: Coordinate seeding initiatives at universities and technical schools. Organize and manage various events including: Fairs and conventions Customer events Industry-specific events (e.g., Mecatec) Business networking events External Communications: Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms. Orchestrate and execute comprehensive communication campaigns. Create and publish engaging content. Handle Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns. Moderate and manage PEPITe social media accounts. Brand Management: Ensure brand identity consistency and manage upgrades. Maintain and update the company’s graphical chart and templates. Oversee the content structure and updates for the company website. Manage the company blog and enhance Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts. Public Relations (PR): Establish and maintain contacts with press, agencies, and journalists. Liaise with government bodies and trade associations (e.g., Agoria). Ensure regular communication according to a defined plan. Explore and utilize other communication channels such as investor platforms and mediums like Medium and Quora.
Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5-10 years proven experience in marketing and communications roles. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email marketing software, social media management tools). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
