**Looking for Marketing Manager**

We're looking for a visionary Marketing Manager to join our small team and drive our brand forward. Working closely with the co-founders you’ll have the freedom to shape the future of STRØM. Your main goal will be to elevate the brand to new heights in a very competitive market by showing a mix of commercial entrepreneurship, hands-on mentality and creative out-of-the box thinking. **Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Marketing Planning:_
- Develop and execute 360° campaigns for new collection launches and product expansions.
- Lead the content strategy across all social media channels
- Lead our advertising strategy, including SEO, SEA, CRO, and KPI analysis.
- Research and explore opportunities (eg. marketplaces).
- Product Management and Branding:_
- Collaborate on product development and collection expansions.
- Establish collaborations and partnerships with other brands.
- Ensure brand identity consistency across all communication channels.
- Oversee the creation of POS materials and retail brochures.
- Lead the organization of events, including pop-up stores, launch events, and trade shows.
- Analysis & Budget management_
- Conduct competitor and market trend analyses.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for international expansion.
- Analyze ROI of advertising efforts.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- College or university degree in Marketing (or related field) with, preferably, 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge or past experience within the Fashion Industry is a big plus, but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and a hands-on approach when it comes to using different marketing tools (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Klaviyo,...).
- Creative, out-of-the box mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial spirit to thrive and excel in a dynamic environment; understand and co-create business in close collaboration with the founding partners
- The ability and will to adapt to and develop in a business environment where not a single day is the same
