**We are looking for a passionate freelance marketeer to take care of recruiting new students in our brand-new campus in Antwerp **
**Context / Who are we**:
**Campus 19** is a **disruptive higher education NGO** educating more than 500 students to become cutting-edge techies and software engineers in a practice-based peer-learning environment. Campus 19 is part of the **internationally successful concept of Ecole 42** which was founded in 2013 in Paris and today trains **21.000 students in 53 campuses in 31 countries.**
At Campus 19 we set out to educate the next generation of software engineers and tech leaders to build the digital infrastructure of our societies.
We have recently decided to growth and have opened a new campus in Antwerp since the end of 2022. **And that's why we need you: to make this campus the place to be for IT education in Antwerp.** You will be working on the Antwerp campus, which is located in the beautiful DPG building (2' from Central Station)
**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team at Campus 19. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving new student enrollment through strategic marketing initiatives and engaging events. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our campus.
- You are instrumental in growing our community and our number of leads
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract prospective students and drive enrollment.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
- Create compelling content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and website copy, to engage and inform our target audience.
- Manage the campus's social media presence and online reputation, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Organize and promote events, workshops, and information sessions to showcase the campus and attract potential new students.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions, academics, and student services, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics and student enrollment data to measure the success of campaigns and optimize performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in marketing (2 years experience)
- freelance or independant statu
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
- Curious for technology and innovative way of learning (campus 19 is not a typical school, you will see)
- Fluency in writing and speaking in Flemish, effective communication skills in English
**About the team**:
- Stéphan Salberter is the CEO and runs campus since 2018. He is an entrepreneur in education and tech, and will be one or two days a week on the campus
- You will work closely with our Head of Pedagogy, our CTO, our partnership manager and our trainees. You will work with our local marketing agency and select it as well.
