As Marketing Manager at Made you have a key role in driving awareness, engagement and success for the company. To be successful in our context you will need to adapt and evolve strategies based on the company's evolving needs and the dynamic nature of the innovation industry.

- Your responsibilities
- The focus areas will be..
- **Content Strategy**
- Create a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and resonates with the target audience.
- Create a content strategy for our audiences Manage a team of experts that creates lead magnets
- Create content snippets out of this magnets
- Distribute content to get most of the engagement

**Digital Marketing**:

- Implement digital marketing campaigns to increase online visibility.

**Website management**
- Update content in our CMS tool
- Measure website performance and userflows
- Work closely with developers for new dev. requests

But will also include..
- **Brand development**: develop a brand identity for our company and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels together with the design team.
- **Lead generation**:develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for the company. Find and set up new channels and ads that generate leads.
- **Event management**:plan and execute events to showcase the company’s innovations. Attend industry conferences and networking events.
- **Collaboration**:work closely with the hubs & innovation teams to understand and effectively communicate the company's offerings. Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the people working on and contributing to the marketing goals.
- **Budget & Analytics**:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts. Regularly analyze and report on marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed. Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively.- Is this you?

Marketing experience
- You have **more than three years **of relevant marketing management experience.
- You preferably obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Communication
- Your **English **is fluent both in speech and writing.
- Social media has no secrets for you.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Familiar with tools such:

- CRM systems (Active campaign, Hubspot, Zoho,...)
- Advertising (Meta, Google, Linkedin,...)
- Html and CSS
- Automations (Zapier, other,...)
- Experience in the field of design and/or innovation is a plus, but not a must
- You preferably obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Communication
