**Description du poste**

Dans le cadre d’une transformation globale des Systèmes d’Information, la société SCABEL basée à Bruxelles (Belgique), souhaite définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie IT et Digitale. La mise en œuvre de ces évolutions représente une transformation majeure pour SCABEL dans les années à venir.

La société SCABEL, recherche un(e) adjoint(e) au Responsable Informatique. Cette personne participera activement aux activités et à la réalisation des projets du pôle IT.

Les activités au sein du pôle Système d’Information (SI) sont riches de diversité et vous aurez à participer à des projets ambitieux et stratégiques pour la croissance de SCABEL.

Dans le panel des projets, il y a entre autres, le suivi de l’amélioration continue de l’ERP Infor M3 et de son Ecosystème via l’outil Jira, le déploiement des outils intra et Extranet, l’accompagnement SI sur l’ensemble des projets informatiques.

Le poste est basé à Bruxelles (Belgique) près du Parlement Européen avec accès métro.

**En nous rejoignant, vous vous voyez confier les principales missions suivantes**:

- Accompagner le Responsable Informatique dans l’organisation et la livraison des projets (participation aux comités et réunions, préparation de support, rédaction de livrables et comptes rendus, planification).
- Participer à la coordination des différents acteurs projets (Métier, prestataires externes/internes).
- Maintenir le lien avec les différents interlocuteurs Métier afin de vous imprégner des process métiers clefs (exemple : administration des ventes, Comptabilité, Contrôle de Gestion, Achats ) et de participer à la construction de solutions répondant pleinement aux besoins des utilisateurs.
- Monter en compétences sur des aspects techniques (comprendre le fonctionnement macro des outils comme M3 Infor, participer à la garantie de la pertinence de la solution mise en œuvre vis-à-vis des spécifications, des normes, de la qualité des livrables, du respect du planning et de la bonne intégration de la solution dans le SI existant).
- Implémenter, optimiser, industrialiser des process, méthodes et outils collaboratifs afin d’améliorer les méthodes de travail au sein de l’équipe projet (rédaction de modes opératoires, amélioration continue d’outils comme Jira, Confluence ou Power BI).

**Votre profil**:
De formation informatique niveau BAC +3 / BAC +4, vous justifiez d’au minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que PMO ou Chef de projet ERP. Vous intervenez en transverse, et dans ce cadre, vous disposez d'une vision globale des projets, et êtes le garant de la bonne exécution de l'ensemble des implications, des étapes, et du respect des plannings liés aux projets.

Vous maitrisez Microsoft 365 (notamment Excel et PowerPoint).

Vous êtes avenant(e) et à l’écoute, qualités clefs pour faciliter les échanges entre les différents interlocuteurs/trices.

Vous faites preuve de curiosité, d'autonomie, de méthode et de rigueur dans votre travail.

Vous êtes proactif et force de proposition.

Vous justifiez éventuellement de connaissances en architecture fonctionnelle SI.

Elle est destinée à assurer les prestations d’approvisionnements d’une partie des produits pour le 1eracteur de la Grande Distribution en France avec 21,6 % de parts de marchés.
