The Position: We’re looking for a versatile Production Assistant Intern to support our production team and our HR-Department as well as handling office assistant tasks.
Responsibilities: Your main tasks will be:
- Providing administrative support to the our production team:
- Agenda follow-up
- Planning/organising meetings
- Following up mails
- Assisting with funding submissions
- Booking flight tickets and hotel accommodations
- Translation of Dutch documents into FR and EN/ Translation of English documents into Dutch/FR.
- Providing support with office-related tasks and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Jouw profiel
**Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant study program, such as film, media, communications, or a related field
- Speaking and writing Dutch, French and English is a must
- Knowledge of Google suite
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
- Plus: Basic knowledge of Figma and keynote is a plus
