**Robert Half** **Talent Solutions **recherche un(e)** Accounting Manager** (h/f/x) pour rejoindre une entreprise basée à Bruxelles.

Notre client est une entreprise active dans le **secteur non lucratif.** Vous rejoignez une grande organisation, présente au niveau international.

Les **responsabilités** principales de l' **Accounting Manager **sont les suivantes:

- Coordonner et gérer une équipe de 4 personnes afin d'atteindre les objectifs assignés au département ;
- Fournir un suivi de la situation financière ;
- Optimaliser le fonctionnement de l'équipe afin d'offrir une organisation efficace ;
- Assurer le suivi et la prévision de la trésorerie ;
- Veiller au respect des obligations légales ;
- Coordonner les missions d'audit ;
- Assurer un rôle de coordinateur au sein de la structure.

Les **qualifications** requises pour cette fonction d' **Accounting Manager **comprennent:

- Vous possédez un Bachelier en Comptabilité ;
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais ;
- Vous avez entre 5 et 10 ans d'expérience en tant que Chef Comptable ;
- La connaissance du software FinAcc est un atout ;
- Vous avez l'esprit d'analyse et de synthèse. Vous êtes rigoureux, efficace et organisé.
