Les
_management assistants_ jouent un rôle important dans l’organisation quotidienne du service. Ils accomplissent diverses tâches de support pour une équipe multidisciplinaire composée de juristes et d’économistes. Ils sont aussi un point de contact. Être en mesure de communiquer de façon professionnelle et respectueuse
** tant en français qu’en néerlandais** est donc essentiel.
- Relecture, adaptation de lay-out et finalisation de lettres, rapports et notes.
- Prise en charge d’un certain nombre d’aspects pratiques : organisation de réunions et de voyages occasionnels, gestion des agendas.
- Apport d’un soutien administratif aux collègues de votre service.
Qui recherchons-nous
- Vous possédez un Bachelier en Office Management ou équivalent.
- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience professionnelle.
- Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise du français et du néerlandais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit et vous avez une connaissance opérationnelle de l’anglais.
- Vous êtes organisé, flexible, capable de travailler de façon autonome et en équipe, et vous avez les sens des priorités.
- Connaître OneNote et SharePoint constitue un atout.
