Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jazeker, en uitdagend ook.
**Functiebeschrijving**
Als Manager Strategy speel je een cruciale rol in het faciliteren van het proces om strategische doelstellingen te definiëren, te formuleren en te communiceren. Je werkt nauw samen met de directie en ondersteunt hen bij het concretiseren van de strategische doelen. Je fungeert als de schakel tussen de verschillende afdelingen. Je volgt de realisaties op en rapporteert de voortgang aan het bestuursorgaan.
Daarnaast zorg je als proceseigenaar voor het goede verloop en eventuele optimalisatie van transversale interne processen.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Verzamelen van de basisinformatie om de strategische opties en issues te bespreken.
- Faciliteren van workshops met de leden van het strategisch comité om de strategische klemtonen te bepalen.
- Afstemmen met het management en de directie ondersteunen om de strategische doelstellingen SMART te formuleren.
- Redactie van de documenten m.b.t. de strategische doelstellingen voor het bestuursorgaan.
- Rapporteren over de voortgang van realisatie van de strategische initiatieven.
- De strategie intern doen leven bij de medewerkers door middel van de interne communicatiekanalen.
- Verbeterprojecten initiëren en werken aan procesoptimalisaties om de gedefinieerde KPI’s te bereiken.
- Transversale interne processen stroomlijnen en onderhouden.
**Profiel**
Je hebt een masteropleiding in bedrijfskunde, management of een gerelateerd vakgebied afgerond of hebt aantoonbare ervaring in strategische planning en implementatie, bij voorkeur binnen een complexe organisatie.
Als Manager Strategie beschik je over volgende vaardigheden:
- Je beschikt over uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om strategische doelen te vertalen in concrete acties.
- Je hanteert sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kan effectief samenwerken met diverse belanghebbenden.
- Je kan processen analyseren en optimaliseren in samenwerking met de betrokken afdelingen.
- Je proactieve houding stelt je in staat om zelfstandig te werken in een dynamische omgeving.
- Een goede kennis van de socialezekerheidsinstellingen en de sector van de gezondheidszorg is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een actieve kennis van het Frans.
