TUI is constant op zoek naar talent om ook in de toekomst als reisorganisatie relevant te blijven en mee te kunnen gaan in alle ontwikkelingen. Als Campus Recruiter Airline zorg jij ervoor dat jong talent op Secundair, Bachelor en Universitair niveau enthousiast wordt en aan de slag gaat voor TUI
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie omtrent alle Campus activiteiten. Samen met je collega Campus Recruiter Touroperator onderhoud je de contacten met alle onderwijsinstellingen waar TUI mee samenwerkt. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor studenten die geïnteresseerd zijn in een stage of baan bij TUI.
Over de functie
Coördineren, plannen en organiseren van activiteiten en evenementen. Met als doel het werkgeversimago te versterken en studenten te enthousiasmeren voor een carrière bij TUI;
Intern ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de managers en medewerkers omtrent stageplekken en stagebeleid binnen TUI;
Focus ligt op het uitwerken van onze campusactiviteiten specifiek gericht op hogescholen en universiteiten;
Vertalen van de interne behoefte naar campus planning;
Pro actieve recruitment en continu monitoren van de instroom voor onze stages;
Tevens organiseer je activiteiten om specifieke talentpools op te bouwen en onderhouden en heb je actief contact met alle geschikte en geïnteresseerde kandidaten;
Verantwoordelijk voor de werving van A-Z voor verschillende functies binnen TUI Airlines waarvan de werving in Nederland of België wordt gecoördineerd;
Leggen en onderhouden van contacten die TUI verder helpen. Gebruikmakend van een eigen persoonlijke achtergrond en netwerk, beschikbare marktinformatie, de faciliteiten van de werkgever, netwerkbijeenkomsten, (social) media en diverse online en offline bronnen.
Over jou
0 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring;
Je legt makkelijk contact, bent organisatiesensitief en weet een boodschap duidelijk over te brengen;
Je kan zelfstandig en in team werken;
Ervaring met Campus Recruitment is een pre;
Kennis van het Belgische onderwijslandschap;
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus).
