Over de functie
Verantwoordelijk voor de werving van A-Z voor de verschillende functies binnen TUI Airlines waarvan de werving in Nederland of België wordt gecoördineerd;
Je leidt het gehele recruitmentproces en coördineert een continue stroom van potentiële kandidaten;
Voor de meer uitdagende vacatures online actief op zoek gaan naar interessante kandidaten. Dit wordt gedaan door te searchen en hunten en geschikte, potentiële kandidaten enthousiast maken voor een functie bij TUI;
Je fungeert als business partner voor het specialisme Recruitment voor de Hiring Manager;
Mede verantwoordelijk voor het continu optimaliseren en professionaliseren van recruitmentprocessen bij TUI ten einde een efficiënt en effectief proces te kunnen garanderen naar de business en arbeidsmarkt toe;
Leggen en onderhouden van contacten die TUI verder helpen. Gebruikmakend van een eigen persoonlijke achtergrond en netwerk, beschikbare marktinformatie, de faciliteiten van de werkgever, netwerkbijeenkomsten, (social) media en diverse online en offline bronnen.
Over jou
Reeds een minimum van 3 jaar ervaring in rekrutering en selectie;
Je kan zelfstandig en in team werken;
Digital mindset en werkwijze;
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels (Frans is een plus).
