Digital Program Manager

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage the delivery of agile projects across the full lifecycle; from sales-handover, through inception and delivery through to project close-down
- Manage complex development projects on-time, on-budget, and to client specifications.
- Develop and execute the strategic vision within the project
- Lead and collaborate with team solution and technical architects to identify and recommend solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability and performance.
- Work with partners and agencies involved in the implementation.
**Basic Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience in IT project Management
- Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative environment.
- Professional level of Dutch and English
- Demonstrated expertise in leveraging digital technologies (Salesforce, Adobe, ) to transform businesses.
- Excellent communicator & Experience with stakeholder management
- Strong organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
- Be a true project manager and lead meetings, engagements and projects with a scope >€2M.
**Additional Qualifications**
- Hands on experience with agile / scrum methodology.
- Experience with collaborating with developers, clients, other business analysts, Solution Architects, Release Managers, etc.
- Prince 2, CSM certification or PMP certification.
