**Job Position Summary Description**:
Nokia is a market and technology leader in Fixed Networks, covering wide area of technologies and solutions. The cornerstone of our strategy is that we are one of the few vendors to provide a toolkit of broadband technologies, including fiber and fixed wireless. The ability to combine fixed wireless access and fiber, allows operators to connect everyone and everything - and allows governments to bridge the digital divide. Fixed Wireless (and mmWave in particular) is a major investment area for Fixed Networks.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Responsible for FWA technology marketing**:

- Identify key technology differentiators and develop thought leadership messaging
- Developing FWA technology marketing collateral to influence the market
- Build strong relationship with industry organizations to influence them
- Content creation on all media platforms (white papers, marketing collaterals, articles, presentations, videos, etc.)
- Analyze market trends and competition
- Drive the messaging and ensure consistent messaging across all involved internal parties
- Run sales enablement internally (create and deliver trainings, prepare sales briefs, Q&As etc)
- Develop business cases for our portfolio and solutions
- Define demos and use cases
- Play an active role in supporting marketing campaigns Engage with customers and partners

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- **Education**:
Master in Engineering degree or equivalent through experience
- **Skills**:

- Understanding of key radio technology concepts, in particular in 5G, mmWave, FWA.Deep expertise in radio and/or broadband a plus
- Understand the fixed broadband market and operators’ challenges
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Excellent skills in making presentations
- Strong marketing/customer focus
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
