To further strengthen our position and outreach locally & internationally, AG Solution is looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team.

**Who exactly are we looking for?**:

- You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English & Dutch. Knowledge of any other language is always a plus
- A team player with a good split between brains and hands-on activity
- Good sense of organisation with a positive mindset
- Proficient in a variety of Marketing systems, tools and technology
- Someone with a strong attention to detail & eye for quality
- Time management is one of your best practices and you’re good at handling a stressful situation

- You are responsible for a broad range of Marketing topics with a focus on digital marketing
- Account based marketing activities
- Branding & Employer Branding
- Internal communication
- The socials
- Events
