About the job
As a Senior Activations Manager in the Global Brand Equity team for Plant-Based, you take the lead in the development & implementation of the Activation vision and strategy for the Alpro brand as well as specific toolkits, with a focus on EU markets. You co-build the long-term activation strategy & vision of business critical product categories in line with the brand vision, taking into account overall company strategy. You take the lead in implementing the strategy in close cooperation with the local marketing and cross-functional teams in order to achieve the expected business results.

In your role, you will be responsible for the following areas:
Strategy & Vision
- You are responsible for creating & executing a distinctive activation vision and strategy for Plant-based on where to steer the brand through activations in both media & digital.
- You also provide the strategy on key product activations in collaboration with the brand team and our creative agency.
- You ensure content is built with our consumer audience, business objective and activation in mind.
- You define key projects to service local markets in their activation strategy. Examples could be a global bespoke plant-based e-retail strategy, a global search strategy aligning paid and owned search, guidelines on how to execute experiential activations or brand partnerships.

Data & insights:

- You gather relevant business, category and consumer insights and combine it with financial targets to define the way forwards for your respective activation strategies.
- You use tracking platforms, such as Datorama & Redmill, setup regular connections with the markets, gather post-campaign analysis and process global media agency input.

Market consultancy
- You work closely together with key countries to address their needs and act as a consultant to support markets with the localization of the global brand vision
- You maintain a helicopter view on campaigns activated in the markets and be the voice of the learnings on content, campaign effectiveness and activation best practices.
- You identify best practices and develop them into recommended business cases that can be a source of learnings.

Management
- You are the SPOC for the global media agency and ensure delivery of the scope-of-work.
- You ensure an optimal way-of-working with other global teams & agency partners
- When relevant, you facilitate the decision making of your stakeholders (Global Marketing VP, Brand Equity director & Heads of Alpro within the markets by bringing concise, top-line recommendations to appropriate business fora.

- You keep the momentum on your projects and tackle issues in a proactive and autonomous way in order to reach the defined marketing and business objectives.

About you
You hold a Master Degree, preferable in Marketing and bring at least 6 years of marketing experience within a Food or FMCG environment.
