**We are looking for**
- A Regional Reward Manager to be in charge of supporting the efficient deployment of global standardized compensation and benefits programs within the dedicated regions, and be accountable for the success of Compensation and benefits practice in the regions ensuring that they are fit for purpose

**We count on you to**
- Partner with HR and the business to understand the needs of the business in the dedicated geography and work with the business to find solutions within the Global Framework where Reward can enable and support business delivery
- Contribute and influence the Group Compensation and Benefits strategy by recommending changes to policies and frameworks based on Regional/country demand signals
- Lead Compensation and Benefits governance advocating Business recommendations while ensuring a high level of compliance with Global policies
- Established strong relationships with People Hub, Senior HR Business Partners, country HR, and Leadership Teams to facilitate the implementation of the Group Reward strategy.
- Advise, inform, and train HR Community on reward-related programs and initiatives.
- Monitor market trends in the Regions and support the external benchmarking on pay and benefits
- Support Global Mobility of Key Talent across geographies
- Contribute to short-term incentive scheme reviews
- Proposed Compensation and Benefits solutions to country-specific challenges when appropriate
- Work with the Group Head of Benefits and Country HR in recommending changes to benefits
- Provide support and advice to Businesses on job leveling
- Support communication of Reward strategy and programs across the geographies
- Conduct specific ad-hoc Reward analysis

**You will bring**
Education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Reward function in a multinational environment
- Broader HR experience
- Business Partner mindset
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder pools

Technical skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
- Business acumen
- Digital literacy and savviness
- Project management
