**Functiebeschrijving**
Als UX Designer-Researcher ontwerp je gebruiksvriendelijke interfaces en verbeter je voortdurend de gebruikerservaring van onze toepassingen en websites.
Concreet neem je deel aan de behoefteanalyse en zorg je ervoor dat je de gebruikers en hun omgeving kent om de vereisten van de toepassingen zo goed mogelijk te bepalen.
Je bepaalt en plant de onderzoeksmethoden en helpt deelnemers te werven om de nodige informatie te verzamelen (interviews, enquêtes, focusgroepen, gebruikerstests, enz.).
Je stelt de meest geschikte oplossing voor en ontwerpt de interfaces (mobile first prototyping).
Je assisteert de analisten en ontwikkelaars bij het ontwerp van de gebruikersinterfaces en zorgt ervoor dat de ontwikkelde applicatie voldoet aan de eisen van de gebruikers en hun omgeving.
Je zorgt ervoor dat de grafische vormgeving van de toepassingen wordt gecontroleerd in overeenstemming met de toegankelijkheidsregels.
Je bouwt en zet de governance van een design system op.
Je draagt bij aan het ontwerp van diensten (Service Design) door gebruikersgerichte oplossingen voor te stellen. Om dit te bereiken, volg je het iteratieve en collaboratieve creatieproces.
Doorheen de projecten onderhoud je een regelmatige en doeltreffende communicatie met de klanten en het team.
**Profiel**
Je hebt een universitair diploma (idealiter een master in productontwikkeling) en minstens 5 jaar ervaring met het ontwerpen van mobiele en webinterfaces.
De UX/UI-wereld boeit je.
Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden, creatieve talenten en goede luistervaardigheden.
Je bent creatief, stressbestendig en je toont empathie.
Je bent van nature nieuwsgierig: je experimenteert graag en houdt ervan nieuwe hulpmiddelen en werkmethoden te ontdekken.
Je hebt geweldige interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en bent in staat je visie te delen met de klanten en het management.
Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar je bent ook een sterke teamspeler.
Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, een goede schrijfvaardigheid, een kritische geest en bent resultaatgericht.
Je hebt een goede expertise van de user centered designmethodes alsook tools en technieken voor interviews/workshops.
Je bent vertrouwd met grafische ontwerpsoftware (Adobe), prototypingtools (Axure) en met cardsortingtools.
Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in Service Design en beheerst de 5 belangrijkste principes (user-centered design, co-creatie, iteratie, design met sequenties, het vinden van het nodige bewijs en een holistische kijk).
Je hebt ervaring met de implementatie van een Design System Governance.
Je hebt ook een goede kennis van MS Office en van de contentmanagementsystemen.
Je bent vertrouwd met de eisen zoals het aanpassen van de interfaces aan verschillende schermafmetingen (responsive design).
Kennis van de WGAG 2.1 AA-toegankelijkheidsnormen is een pluspunt.
Kennis van de overheidssector en van de sociale zekerheid in het bijzonder is een pluspunt.
Je bent perfect tweetalig (NL/FR).
