Particle Measuring Systems (PMS) specializes in viable and nonviable particle counters and particle counting solutions that measure and monitor contamination levels in clean and controlled environments. AREA SALES MANAGER

Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Meet or exceed projected sales targets.
- Research and identify sales opportunities, generating leads, and target potential clients.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
- Visit customer, demonstrate equipment’s, provide technical solution and issue the relevant quote, keep our CRM up to date.
- Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan.
- Keep up-to-date on current market changes and trends to be able to come up with new and original sales strategies.
- Prepare reporting as needed.

Relevant Education and Requirements:

- Sales executive experience of at least 5+ in pharma companies or Life Sciences branches.
- A good knowledge of English, French and Dutch (both written and oral).
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Demonstrating a strong customer orientation, proactivity and attention to details.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- 50%-75% travel in Belgium (French speaking part) and north part of France.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and an active Passport or the ability to obtain a Passport.
- Remote office
