**JOUW UITDAGING als Health & Safety Advisor Junior**:
**_Taken binnen Preventiedienst _**
- Je ondersteunt de hiërarchische lijn en de medewerkers bij hun inspanningen om onafhankelijk te worden op het vlak van preventie. Je adviseert hen over de identificatie van gevaren bij de uitvoering van hun activiteiten, de ontwikkeling van risicoanalyses en de implementatie van de controle hierop.
- Je promoot de veiligheidscultuur tijdens je dagelijkse werkzaamheden en helpt deze verder te ontwikkelen en in stand te houden.
- Je staat het Hoofd van de Interne Dienst voor Preventie en Bescherming op het werk (IDPBW) bij voor de organisatie van het CPBW en het opstellen van de notulen.
- Je wordt betrokken van bij de implementatie van de groepsregels van DSSG binnen ENGIE HQ BE waaronder de groepregel 02 : H&S bij contractanten.
- Je neemt deel in de organisatie van de wettelijke verplichtingen en taken van de IDPBW zoals het opstellen en uitvoeren en opvolgen van de jaaractieplannen en reporting.
- Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van een duidelijke communicatie omtrent H&S.
- Je bent een contactpersoon voor het personeel omtrent H&S
- Je neemt deel aan de werkplaatsbezoeken met het CPBW.
- Je doet veiligheidsbezoeken.
- Je evalueert ontvangen veiligheidsdocumenten en legt mínimale H&S vereisten vast.
- Je neemt deel van de analyse, opstellen en opvolging van de REX van incidenten, HiPo’s, arbeidsongevallen
- Je beheert het team van de hulpverleners en Evacuation Stewards van ENGIE HQ BE en doet de coördinatie met de H&S Advisors en hulpverleners van de andere entiteiten.
**_Taken ter ondersteuning van ENGIE GBS Immo BE_**
- Je werkt samen met ENGIE GBS Immo BE voor H&S aspecten en helpt naar het zoeken voor oplossingen.
- Je beheert de procedure werken met derden en werkvergunningen van toepassing binnen ENGIE GBS Immo BE en volgt de implementatie op. Je treedt op als coach voor de equipes van ENGIE GBS Immo BE voor het opstellen van werkvergunningen.
- Je geeft advies mbt veiligheidsaspecten voor onderhoudscontracten, werken en projecten van ENGIE GBS Immo.
- Je beheert de interne noodprocedures voor de gebouwen in het beheer van ENGIE GBS Immo in België.
- Je organiseert de jaarlijkse evacuatieoefeningen voor de gebouwen in het beheer van ENGIE GBS Immo in België. Hiervoor
- organiseer je infosessies voor de verschillende leden van de brandbestrijdingsdienst
- coördineert je de evacuatieoefeningen en staat hiervoor in contact met de H&S Advisors van de andere entiteiten
- stel je het verslag op dat je bezorgt aan de verschillende H&S Advisors van de andere entiteiten
- doe je de opvolging voor de implementatie van het actieplan
**JOUW PROFIEL als Health & Safety Advisor**:
- Je bent diplomatisch ingesteld en afhankelijk van de problematiek neem je deze op met de correcte gesprekspartners op het juiste niveau.
- Je bent een teamplayer en bent oplossingsgericht.
- Je hebt een kritische geest maar kan je neutraal opstellen wanneer dit van jou verwacht wordt.
- Je bent leergierig, steeds bereid om je verder te ontwikkelen.
- Je communiceert graag en vlot met verschillende interne en externe gesprekspartners.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Frans. Een basiskennis Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt minstens een getuigschrift Preventieadviseur niveau 2 of engageert je om dit te behalen.
- Je hebt op de opleiding VCA Kader gevolgd of je engageert je om deze te behalen.
- Een basiskennis van de Belgische wetgeving omtrent welzijn op het werk is een pluspunt.
- In het kader van je functie ben je bereid om je verplaatsen naar de andere sites van ENGIE GBS Immo als deze behoefte zich voordoet. Je beschikt over een rijbewijs.
