Voor de Business Unit **Renewables **(RES),** **zijn wij op zoek naar een **Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor.**
**WIJ BIEDEN JOU als HSE Advisor**:

**JOUW UITDAGING als HSE Advisor**:
- Je **promoot de veiligheidscultuur** tijdens je dagelijkse werkzaamheden en helpt deze verder te ontwikkelen en in stand te houden voor de ganse **Belgische en Nederlandse Wind Onshore** organisatie.
- Je coördineert het behoud van het** VCA** en IS045001 certificaat**.
- Je bent **actief betrokken **bij de** ontwikkelings
- bouw
- en uiteindelijke uitbatingsfase** van onze windturbineparken. Je geeft hier je constructief en professioneel HSE advies, je ziet toe op de naleving van het veiligheids
- en milieubeleid.
- Je initieert **verbeteringen** en stelt heldere **procedures** en **instructies** op.
- Samen met ons Wind Onshore team, voer je **participatief risicoanalyses** uit en denk je na over realistische beheersmaatregelen.
- Op** de werkvloer**, zorg je ervoor dat de collega’s gemotiveerd worden om onze **veiligheidsvoorschriften na te leven**.
- Je staat **in contact** met zowel directieleden, werknemers, aannemers, sitebeheerders, en andere relevante stakeholders.
- Je **ondersteunt de interne milieucoördinator** bij de coördinatie en opvolging van milieuvoorwaarden en verplichtingen die gepaard gaan bij de ontwikkeling, bouw en uitbating van windturbineparken.
**JOUW PROFIEL als HSE advisor**:
- Je beschikt minstens over een bacheloropleiding en hebt reeds **3 jaar relevante professionele ervaring** in een **industriële productieomgeving**.
- Je kan een getuigschrift **preventieadviseur niveau 1** voorleggen of bent bereid dit te behalen
- ; alsook het getuigschrift veiligheidscoördinator.
- Beschikken over een goede kennis **elektrische veiligheid** en een attest milieucoördinator zijn een pluspunt.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend **Nederlands, Frans en Engels**:
- Je bent **communicatief sterk**, legt graag contacten met zowel technische als business gesprekspartners.
- Je **verplaatst** je graag op de sites die verspreid zijn over **heel België**
