Le role du Safety Systems & Risk Manager est d'apporter un soutien au SMG exécutif et au SMG pour gérer les risques majeurs en matière de sécurité, de manière globale et proactive ainsi que de soutenir le développement d’un système commun de gestion de la sécurité au sein d’Eurostar, conforme aux exigences légales et adapté à l’intégration de l’ensemble de l’organisation Eurostar._
**Principaux domaines de responsabilité**:
- **Appui à la gestion des risques**:
- Développer les processus de profilage et de modélisation des risques.
- Maintenir la documentation de gestion des risques.
- Gérer et développer le registre des risques en collaboration avec les administrateurs.
- Fournir une expertise sur l'évaluation des risques, notamment avec la méthode du nœud papillon.
- Gérer les modèles de risque RSSB, bulletins et dossiers de risques majeurs.
- **Appui à la gestion des changements**:
- Piloter le soutien en matière de sécurité pour la gestion des changements ou modifications substantielles.
- Fournir des conseils de sécurité pour les changements importants en soutien au département Performances et conformité.
- **Développement du système de gestion de la sécurité**:
- Développer et maintenir les systèmes de gestion de la sécurité conformes aux exigences législatives britanniques et européennes.
- S'assurer que le système de gestion de la sécurité est en ligne avec les exigences de THIF et de la MSA.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe HSQE pour maintenir à jour la documentation de certification de sécurité en fonction des évolutions dans l'entreprise.De afdeling Veiligheid en Gezondheid van Eurostar houdt toezicht op de uitvoering van het veiligheidsbeleid dat is vastgesteld en goedgekeurd door de CEO, en ondersteunt de veiligheidsexperts van andere functies. De afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van veiligheidsbeheersystemen en de veiligheidscultuur van Eurostar, evenals voor het behoud van veiligheidscertificaten. Het team dat verantwoordelijk is voor het veiligheidsysteem beheert het ontwerp van het veiligheidsbeheersysteem, het beheer van bijbehorende documenten, de integratie van menselijke en organisatorische factoren, de ontwikkeling van de veiligheidscultuur en de communicatie over veiligheid. Daarnaast beheert het ook het veiligheidsrisicoprofiel, de normen voor risicobeoordeling en significante wijzigingen. Ook biedt het gespecialiseerde ondersteuning op het gebied van verandermanagement, risicobeoordeling en ongevallenonderzoeken.
De rol van de Safety Systems & Risk Manager is om ondersteuning te bieden aan het uitvoerende SMG en het SMG bij het beheren van belangrijke veiligheidsrisico's op een holistische en proactieve manier, en om de ontwikkeling van een gemeenschappelijk veiligheidsbeheersysteem binnen Eurostar te ondersteunen, dat voldoet aan de wettelijke vereisten en is afgestemd op de integratie van de gehele Eurostar-organisatie.
**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden**:
- **Ondersteuning van risicobeheer**:
- Ontwikkelen van processen voor risicoprofilerings
- en modellering.
- Bijhouden van risicobeheerdocumentatie.
- Beheren en ontwikkelen van het risicoregister in samenwerking met de beheerders.
- Expertise bieden over risicobeoordeling, inclusief de butterfly-methode.
- Beheren van RSSB-risicomodellen, bulletins en dossiers van grote risico's.
- **Ondersteuning van verandermanagement**:
- Leiding geven aan de veiligheidssteun voor verandermanagement of significante wijzigingen.
- Veiligheidsadvies geven voor belangrijke wijzigingen ter ondersteuning van de afdeling Prestaties en Compliance.
- **Ontwikkeling van het veiligheidsbeheersysteem**:
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van veiligheidsbeheersystemen die voldoen aan Britse en Europese wettelijke vereisten.
- Zorgen dat het veiligheidsbeheersysteem in overeenstemming is met de eisen van THIF en MSA.
- Samenwerken met het HSQE-team om de certificeringsdocumentatie voor veiligheid up-to-date te houden in lijn met de ontwikkelingen binnen het bedrijf.The Safety and Health department of Eurostar oversees the implementation of the safety policy determined and authorized by the CEO and supports safety experts from other functions. Additionally, it provides specialized support in change management, risk assessment, and accident investigations.
