**DE JOB**:
Bij Customer & Business Excellence beheren we alle operationele en klant gerelateerde taken binnen ons bedrijf, en dit op een manier die de overkoepelende strategie van ons bedrijf ondersteunt. Als Safety Management Systems Specialist beheer en onderhoudt je het veiligheidsbeheersysteem van Infrabel conform de geldende wet
- en regelgeving. Je bouwt mee aan de structuren en processen voor alle aspecten op het vlak van safety & security teneinde bij te dragen aan de continue verbetering van de bedrijfsprocessen en de nodige certificeringen en vergunningen voor Infrabel te bekomen en te behouden. Jouw resultaatgebieden zijn als volgt:

- Mee uitwerken van een methodologie, rekening houdend met de richtlijnen in het kader van de veiligheidsvergunning en van het performantiecontract evenals met de standaarden waaraan Infrabel wenst te beantwoorden, teneinde het kader te creëren voor een geïntegreerd beheerssysteem.
- Uitbouwen van een beheerssysteem door de verschillende processen zo te beschrijven dat ze door de verschillende interne entiteiten gebruikt kunnen worden en uitbreiden van de scope voor de integratie van nieuwe aspecten en/of processen teneinde de certificeringen inzake veiligheid, milieu en kwaliteit te behalen op een efficiënte manier.
- Bewaken van de consistentie van het beheerssysteem, integreren van de aanpassingen inzake wetgeving/standaarden/normen), in kaart brengen van de wijzigingen en zorgen voor doorstroming van de informatie naar de interne en externe stakeholders teneinde hen te voorzien van een coherent en up to date systeem.
- Voortdurend begeleiden en stimuleren van de directe en indirecte collega’s bij de ontwikkeling en verbetering van de processen en procedures inzake Safety en Security (PDCA cyclus) en promoten van een veiligheidscultuur teneinde de awareness te verhogen en te streven naar de invoering van de door de organisatie gewenste veranderingen.
- Voorbereiden en coördineren van de externe audits, begeleiden van externe auditoren als vertegenwoordiger van Infrabel, waken over de scope en timing van de audit, en desgevallend detecteren van verbeterpunten bovenop deze van de auditor, teneinde een efficiënt verloop van de controles te garanderen en een maximale input voor verbetering te bekomen.
- Uitvoeren van audits op de processen inzake veiligheidssystemen en controleren van de conformiteit, naar aanleiding of ter voorbereiding van externe audits, teneinde coherentie binnen Infrabel en conformiteit met de wet
- en regelgeving te verzekeren.
- Opstellen van handleidingen, procedures en instructies en ondersteunen en begeleiden van de verschillende directies bij de opstelling van certificatiedossiers teneinde hen toe te laten de nodige vergunningen te bekomen.
- Ontwikkelen van een transversaal netwerk van interne contacten en optreden als contactpersoon teneinde de samenwerking binnen de organisatie te optimaliseren, te anticiperen op veranderingen of nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen het eigen domein en de belangen van de organisatie te behartigen.
- Desgevallend, beheren van projecten binnen zijn/haar vakgebied, door het organiseren en plannen van acties, coördineren van de betrokken medewerkers/medewerksters en beheren van de toegewezen middelen teneinde de doelstellingen van het project te bereiken binnen de gestelde termijnen en volgens de kwaliteitseisen van de organisatie.

Het betreft een functie van het niveau rang 3, en van klasse 6 volgens het New Reward Plan (NRP).

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma, bij voorkeur technisch georiënteerd.
- Je hebt minstens 3-6 jaren werkervaring.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Frans of Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office. Een kennis van de Europese, nationale en interne regelgeving m.b.t. spoorwegaangelegenheden of de ISO-richtlijnen is een troef.
- Je hebt aandacht voor de noden, vragen en klachten van klanten en stakeholders (intern en extern) en er op een gepaste manier aan tegemoet komen.
- Je doet het nodige om de vooropgestelde doelen te realiseren conform alle afspraken en om de prestaties steeds te verbeteren.
- Je maakt een afweging van de relevante criteria, je komt tot degelijk onderbouwde standpunten en conclusies en hebt inzicht in de gevolgen ervan.
- Je uitwisselt bewust informeel en formeel van kennis, vaardigheden en inzichten en hierdoor bijdraagt aan het expliciteren, overdragen en consolideren van de aanwezige kennis binnen het bedrijf.
