Safety & Compliance Monitoring Manager

**Position**:
- Develop, administer and maintain an effective Compliance Monitoring System; Provide periodic Compliance Monitoring reports to Senior Management.
- Audit or arrange to audit the Compliance Monitoring of all processes at the company; Conduct annual reviews of the Compliance Monitoring system.
- Facilitate audits as conducted by the CAA and other regulatory bodies; Develop, administer and maintain an effective Safety Management System.
- Provide and organise safety training; Facilitate Audits.
- Maintain competence on the basis of continued education and training in their area of responsibility. The company will facilitate this process.
- Review and approve the Academy’s Safety Management System through the CAA.
- Maintain the Safety Management System Manual and issue amendments as necessary.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team members providing regular performance feedback, in order to maximise business results, employees’ satisfaction and team productivity'.

**Qualification**:
- Aviation Compliance Monitoring Course (or similar Compliance/Safety/Audit qualification)
- MS Office Proficient
- Proficient in English and local language
**Experience**:
- Experience in a similar position - such as a Compliance/Safety Manager, Safety/Compliance
- Investigator
- Confident with Safety and Compliance Monitoring Systems (management and implementation
