**Description du poste**:
Vous intégrez un service composé d’une quinzaine de project managers et d’intégrateur.rice.s techniques, où chacun.e gère ses propres projets en matière de réalisation, transformation et rénovation d’infrastructures de transports publics (ouvrages métros et trams). Après une phase d’intégration adaptée à votre profil, vous prenez en charge plusieurs projets transversaux (à des stades d’avancement différents) et ce, en toute autonomie

- Dès réception d’une nouvelle demande, vous analysez celle-ci et participez à l’étude de faisabilité.
- Vous suivez l’entièreté de chaque projet (du développement à la mise à disposition de l’infrastructure) en pilotant des équipes pouvant être multidisciplinaires en fonction de la nature du projet ; vous en assurez la coordination et veillez à la gestion de l’ensemble des stakeholders internes et externes (STIB, Région, Commune).
- Vous veillez au respect du Q-C-D (qualité-coût-délais) du projet global et en assurez le reporting.
- Vous êtes amené.e à collaborer avec des intervenant.e.s varié.e.s (urbanistes, technicien.ne.s, monde politique, riverain.ne.s).

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous êtes en possession d’un diplôme d’ingénieur.e, d’ingénieur.e-architecte ou d’architecte.
- Vous disposez d’une solide expérience en gestion de projets d’infrastructures multitechniques ; une expérience dans le domaine ferroviaire et/ou en calculs de stabilité sont des atouts.
- Etre détenteur.rice de la certification Prince 2 est un plus, ainsi qu’une connaissance de la législation sur les marchés publics, des normes techniques et urbanistiques.
- Vous maitrisez le français ou le néerlandais et disposez d’une bonne connaissance passive de l’autre langue.
- Vos qualités personnelles : bonne faculté de communication, d’adaptation et d’écoute active, ouverture d’esprit et flexibilité, orientation résultats, être un.e bon.ne orateur.rice et pouvoir fédérer ses interlocuteur.rice.s autour des projets ; rigueur et précision.
