**OBJECTIVE**
- Reporting to the Quality Manager of the Eupen site.
- Ensure, in optimised conditions of cost, quality and deadlines ,the quality of incoming and outgoing in full compliance with
- the predefined requirements in order to guarantee food safety and customer satisfaction.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**
- Follow up the analysis plans and standards for the different raw materials and finished products. Provide customers with
- certificates of analysis.
- Manage complaints and non-conformities and provide solutions in collaboration with the QA and production teams.
- Coordinate the tasks of the laboratory technicians.
- Participate in the internal training of technicians to ensure the versatility of the team.
- Improve, adapt or modify procedures and control plans.
- Manage laboratory equipment and materials.
- Ensure the regular recording and validation of data in the ERP.
- Ensure good communication and interdepartmental collaboration

**SKILLS, CAPABILITIES, REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in bioengineering or another food-related degree, complemented by professional experience
- in quality control, preferably in the food sector.
- Knowledge of quality management systems, BRC, IFS, FSSCC 22000.
- A good knowledge of ingredients and sensory analysis is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and French. (German is a plus)
- Good command of IT tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
