**Junior Leader - Packaging Operations**:

**In this role you will**...
- Learn and understand production process in working area (primary and/or secondary activities) eg through daily shopfloor presence
- Lead basic quality and EHS investigations (deviations, CAPA) and responsible of action plans in close collaboration with QA and EHS
- Review and/or approve process documentation
- Participate in department internal audits
- Use of continuous improvement tools daily (Orange Belt, JDI, VCP, 5S, etc.) to optimize production process
- Participate in day-to-day activities with Master Team Leader and may act as back-up
- May be involved in people management / recruitment as required
- Liaise relevant stakeholders internal to the production building
- Demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, decision making and good communication skills
