Quality Manager / Customer Service Manager

Metalcoating in Beringen is actief in het poederlakken van staal en aluminium. Ze maakt deel uit van Van Gils Group, één van de grootste onafhankelijke poederlakkerijen in België. Om het huidige team bij Metalcoating NV te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een verantwoordelijke die enerzijds zal waken over de structurele kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening en anderzijds het aanspreekpunt zal zijn voor onze klanten wat betreft ons dienstenaanbod en hierbij de opmaak en opvolging van offertes voor zijn or haar rekening zal nemen.

**Jobomschrijving**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak en opvolging van offertes. Hierbij maak je calculaties van de prijs voor de behandeling van stalen of aluminium constructies.
- Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt van klanten m.b.t. ons dienstenaanbod. Je hebt of bouwt een terdege kennis op van de aangeboden behandelingen, en volgt actief evoluties in de sector van de oppervlaktebehandeling op, waardoor je een uitstekende gesprekspartner voor de klant bent.
- Daarnaast ben je binnen de onderneming verantwoordelijk voor structurele kwaliteit;
- Zo zal je de meetinstrumenten, procedures en kwaliteitsdocumenten beheren;
- Je organiseert de nodige staalnames, laagdikte
- & ovenmetingen en bent verantwoordelijke voor de bijhorende rapporteringen;
- Ook zorg je ervoor dat de chemische werking van onze dompelbaden op punt blijft door het opvolgen van de badwaardes, het tijdig aanvullen van producten en organiseren van onderhoud;
- Daarnaast sta je in voor de monitoring & opvolging van externe klachten, waarbij je de planning voor herstellingen op locatie beheert
- Tenslotte vervul je een trekkersrol op gebied van initiatieven om de kwaliteit te verbeteren

**Profiel**
- Eigenaar van een hoger diploma (minimum bachelor) in bedrijfskunde of een technische richting
- Minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring waar je een technisch-commerciële rol had of werkzaam was als kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke, en dit in de sector van poedercoating of meer in het algemeen in oppervlaktebehandeling, (staal)bouw of industrie
- Kenmerken die wij zoeken in de geschikte kandidaat; klantgericht zijn, oog hebben voor kwaliteit, denken in termen van oplossingen, teamplayer, technische affiniteit, hands-on en een gezonde dosis verantwoordelijkheidszin
- Vlot omspringen met MS office en IT applicaties; openstaan voor digitalisering en procesverbetering
- Vlot Nederlandstalig
