**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Heb je altijd al een rol willen hebben waarin je directe impact kunt hebben op de groei van een ambitieus bedrijf? Ben jij een pure hunter die energie haalt uit nieuwe klanten binnen te halen? Bestaat jouw ideale functie uit vaak op de baan zijn om jouw onderhandelings
- en overtuigingscapaciteiten boven te halen? Neem dan zeker een verder kijkje naar deze functie als Business Development Manager. Door een strategisch uitbreidingsplan zoeken we een sterk commercieel profiel die focus zal leggen op voornamelijk het uitbreiden van de afzetmarkt in regio Antwerpen en Limburg. Dit gebied heeft nog heel wat potentieel waarbij je grootste missie nieuwe klanten binnenhalen is en prospecten in klanten transformeren. Dit doe je door oplossingsgericht te werk te gaan, een volledige behoefteanalyse uit te voeren en de juiste opleidingen op maat voor te stellen. Dit doe je in nauwe samenwerking met collega’s binnen ontwikkeling, marketing, sales, management en directie. Je neemt verder ook actief deel aan netwerkevents om zo je klanten te leren kennen en een betere link te kunnen leggen met onze activiteiten en hun noden.
**Jouw profiel**
- Ervaring in de commerciële buitendienst in een B2B omgeving
- Met voorkeur ervaring in de logistiek
- Je bent een echte netwerker met een open mindset
- Je kan oplossingsgericht denken en bent een echte teamplayer
- Je spreekt perfect Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
**De arbeidsvoorwaarden**
Je mag voor deze functie een aantrekkelijk brutosalaris verwachten afhankelijk van je ervaringen met een totaalpakket aan extralegale voordelen en 32 vakantiedagen.
