De afdeling Procurement is een dynamisch team dat zich bezighoudt met sourcing, leveranciersbeheer en -risico’s, contract management en P2P-activiteiten. Het werkt nauw samen met de stakeholders van de business om resultaten te boeken en te zorgen voor toegevoegde waarde voor de hervormingsprojecten en de commerciële transacties waarvoor Belfius een beroep doet op derden. De afdeling Procurement ziet toe op alle aankopen van goederen en diensten.
Wij zijn op zoek naar een Third Party Risk and Process Officer, die een essentiële rol speelt bij de implementatie van het nieuwe Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework en bij het proactief ondersteunen van de kwalificatie van alle 3rd parties van Belfius.
Als Third Party Risk and Process Officer rapporteer jij direct aan het Head of Procurement.
Wat houdt je opdracht precies in?
- Je beheert autonoom de totstandkoming van het nieuwe TPRM framework, zoals dat bepaald werd door de afdeling Non Financial Risk.
- Je staat garant voor de totstandkoming van een coherent, pragmatisch en efficiënt ‘supplier onboarding’-proces, dat leidt tot een hoog conformiteitsniveau en tot een efficiënte beperking van de blootstelling van Belfius aan de risico’s van derden.
- Jij organiseert het TPRM-programma en stuurt de volledige geïmpacteerde community aan: opleidingen, communicatie, change management enz.
- Jij beheert de TPRM-tool voor de volledige organisatie, inclusief de mogelijke evoluties en de optimalisering ervan.
- Jij beheert dagelijks het TPRM-proces, inclusief het oplossen van problemen en de continuïteit van de activiteiten, in je hoedanigheid van escalatiepunt voor de meer complexe problemen uit de eerste lijn.
- Jij ontwikkelt en verzorgt de communicatie, de opleiding en pertinente ondersteuning voor de gebruikers en de leveranciers van Belfius.
- Jij geeft leiding aan het programma inzake Sustainable Procurement, alsook aan de ESG-beoordeling van de leveranciers.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de monitoring van de financiële gezondheid van de leveranciers met behulp van de geschikte tools.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
Jij hebt:
- Een universitair diploma in een relevant domein en minstens 4 jaar gelijkwaardige professionele ervaring;
- Basiskennis van (of grote belangstelling voor) een TPRM-tool;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de MS-programmareeks (Excel/PowerPoint);
- Een goed begrip van de Procurement-processen en een passie voor procesoptimalisering d.m.v. digitalisering;
- Ervaring met data analytics;
- Je bent tweetalig N/F en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels;
- Bewezen ervaring met het beheer van leveranciersrisico’s.
