En tant que conseiller clientèle, vous renforcerez le département des avantages sociaux de notre client et conseillerez ses clients et collègues sur les polices d'assurance collective. Vous trouverez de plus amples informations sur le poste ci-dessous.
**Description**
- Vous êtes responsable du suivi des dossiers existants de nos grands clients.
- Vous conseillez et guidez vos collègues à partir de votre expertise professionnelle en cas de déviations ou de risques exceptionnels.
- Vous jouez un rôle central dans le suivi et le flux d'informations vers la base de données des pensions complémentaires.
- Vous identifiez les goulets d'étranglement et les améliorations possibles concernant les procédures, les méthodes de travail, la coopération et les systèmes.
- Vous appliquez activement les procédures de qualité et traitez de manière proactive les dossiers de plainte

**Profile**
- Vous êtes titulaire d'une maîtrise
- Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des avantages sociaux ou de l'assurance collective.
- Vous avez une grande expérience technique du viager et vous pouvez expliquer clairement à vos clients des concepts tels que les droits acquis et le rendement minimum.
- Vous savez communiquer de manière diplomatique et convaincante.
- Vous aimez penser en termes de solutions et donner des conseils sur mesure à votre client.
- Vous aimez travailler de manière méticuleuse et approfondie.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et aimez partager vos connaissances et votre expertise avec vos collègues.
- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et pouvez vous exprimer aisément en anglais et/ou en français.
