As Project Manager, you play a key role in that collaboration.
**What specifically do you do as a project manager construction at LCL?**:
As a construction manager, you are responsible for the coordination between architect, study bureau and contractor from design phase to delivery. This therefore means a varied range of tasks where you follow up your projects from A to Z from the first conversation held through to completion and handover to colleagues in the Operations team. This naturally makes for a diverse and challenging position
You will report to the Project Department Manager and work closely with colleagues within the various departments of the LCL Operations team.
**Is this something for you?**:
- You should have a degree in civil or industrial engineering with several years of relevant experience in project management.
- You have knowledge of electricity, HVAC and/or architecture.
- You are organized and disciplined.
- You enjoy making new contacts, both among colleagues and with customers and suppliers.
- Dealing with people gives you energy.
- Like your colleagues, you are a loyal team player. You can organise your own work independently just as well as you manage your team.
- You have an ongoing focus on a safe and healthy working environment and demonstrate leadership in it
- You communicate well in Dutch, French and English, both spoken and in writing. You listen actively and can effortlessly adapt your communication style to the person you are talking to.
- You have experience in critical working environments
- Working within the scope and budget of a project comes naturally to you.
- Organisational and administrative tasks are in good hands with you. You maintain an overview, work accurately and are proficient in MS Office and Ms Projects.
