Admissions Officer F/T

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage the admissions process from first enquiry to the pupil’s arrival at the school, ensuring that it delivers excellent, warm, effective, and timely professional customer service
- Build and maintain a relationship with prospective families, providing excellent communication and an efficient, clear process for them
- Prepare and conduct tours of the school sites, meet and greet visitors, ensuring that all aspects of a visit provide an excellent first impression and customer experience
- Input data provided on Application Forms into management information system, organize assessment sessions, taster days and visits for prospective students
- Liaise with colleagues to prepare and align the school’s marketing plans to support admissions goals, analyze admissions data to prepare regular reports for school stakeholders
- Maintain an overview of the size of each year group
- Contribute to strategic plans to improve admissions processes, meet intake goals and support the expansion into Senior School
- Attend functions/events on occasion off the school site pertaining to admissions

- Dedicated to delivering exceptional service for prospective families, with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective families
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of safeguarding and GDPR requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent IT skills and mastery of Microsoft Suite; capacity to learn iSAMS Admissions Module
- Experience working within a busy school or nursery environment, preferably an international or private school, whilst not absolutely necessary, strongly desired
- Native or near-native mastery of English; ability to communicate in French is strongly desired
- Legal working permission in Belgium (no permit sponsorship is available for this role)
