Our client is a distributor of premium spirits in Belgium and Luxembourg. Their unique portfolio consists of several market-leading, emerging and beautifully iconic brands that they, as official importers, are proud and passionate about handling the local marketing and sales of.

The Belgian headquarters are based around Brussels.
**About the job**: The Brand Ambassador’s role is to engage and build strategic partnerships with top influencers in the luxury world by bringing the brand’s “world” to life in Belgium. They are required to inspire, educate, and recruit these audiences with unique and impactful experiences.
Amongst others, your responsibilities will include:
- Establish and maintain a strong network with current and potential consumers (high-end establishments) by building relationships and trust with key decision makers (e.g. owner, beverage directors, buyers, bar staff)
- Act as the face of the brand in Belgium and take responsibility for the Consumer Facing and in-market authority by conducting whisky tastings and hosting unique brand experiences
- Work with the Marketing team to implement a range of marketing activations and communications that are in line with brand DNA and objectives
- Create and develop the social media following, adhering to brand social media guidelines
- Work with retained agencies to engage and build relations with relevant media and influencers
- Identify key brand building initiatives for the brand in collaboration with local commercial teams
- Ensure the management and most efficient use of the annual T&E and activation budget
The role will involve extensive event hosting and travel within the region. It is vital that the Brand Ambassador embodies the essence of the brand in both appearance, behaviour and delivery of key brand messages.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent gained via work experience within the luxury category
- Experience working with luxury brand(s) and their clientele
- Fluency in Dutch and English is required, French is a plus
- Inspiring public speaking, presentation and networking skills
- A team player with strong social skills, innovative and hands-on
