**Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?**

Als Legal Manager ben je een onmisbare pion in het succes van de Business Units Brussel-Wallonië-Luxemburg.

Samen met de Business Unit Managers volg je de vastgoedprojecten in de regio’s Brussel, Wallonië en Luxemburg op. Ook projecten in Vlaams-Brabant kunnen aan bod komen. Samen met jouw collega legal counsel ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle juridische vragen in de projecten uit deze regio’s, van de eerste onderhandeling tot de oplevering.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de legal werking voor deze regio’s. Dit kan je intern organiseren, in samenwerking met de legal counsel, maar ook extern, waarbij je beroep doet op je netwerk van advocaten en notarissen.

Je ondersteunt, neemt deel of leidt onderhandelingen met investeerders, klanten en leveranciers.

Je bent betrokken bij de redactie van alle overeenkomsten (koopverkoopovereenkomst, opstal
- of erfpachtovereenkomsten, huur-, aannemings
- en architectuurovereenkomst en commerciële samenwerkingen).

Op corporate vlak ben je betrokken bij de oprichting van projectvennootschappen en de redactie van o.a. aandeelhoudersovereenkomsten en leningsovereenkomsten.

Je rapporteert aan de Head of Legal over de organisatie van het legal werk. Voor inhoudelijke vraagstukken kan je de nodige zelfstandigheid aan de dag leggen, en is de Head of Legal jouw _sparring partner_.

**Herken je jezelf hierin?**
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma rechten.
- Je hebt minstens 7 jaar relevante ervaring als advocaat en/of jurist en je hebt een bijzondere interesse in vastgoed
- en bouwrecht & affiniteit met vennootschapsrecht.
- Je communiceert (schriftelijk en mondeling) uitstekend in het Nederlands en in het Frans.
- Je bent een talent in planning en organisatie. Met een helicopterview slaag je erin om prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je houdt van juridische uitdagingen en kan creatief meedenken over de juridische structureringen van een project.
- Je fungeert het best in een commerciële omgeving, waar je het nodige pragmatisme aan de dag kan leggen.
- Je kan snel schakelen, zonder jouw kritische en nauwkeurige blik achterwege te laten.
