For our legal department, we are looking for a Legal Counsel with experience and interest in all aspects of contract law to provide first-class legal support to the sales force and assist them with the legal aspects of the sales process. This support will be offered to both Proximus SA and its subsidiaries.

Our legal department provides legal support to the various departments and in particular to the Consumer Business Unit, Enterprise Business Unit, Carrier & Wholesale Division.

**Roles and responsibilities**:
You will provide pragmatic and pro-active legal support in the field of contract law, and in particular:

- You will perform a review of private or public tenders and identify legal issues, review the legal aspects of answers to the tenders, participate directly or indirectly in the negotiation and execution of contracts.
- You draft the contractual terms and conditions of services developed by the product managers.
- You find constructive solutions and participate directly in the evolution of contract law in a constantly changing environment.
- You will proactively identify the legal risks related to daily issues and complex cases which you analyse in depth, inform your business partners and propose constructive solutions.
- Reporting to the Legal Manager of the Enterprise Division you manage your files autonomously in close coordination and with the support of the Legal Manager of your division.

Your Profile
- Holder of a Master's degree in Law.
- You have at least 3 years' experience in the contract law sector as a lawyer, in-house counsel or similar position.
- You have good analytical that enable you to solve complex legal problems.
- You are convincing, collaborative, results-oriented and a loyal team player.
- As a true partner of the Business Units, you are flexible, open-minded and pragmatic, enabling you to reconcile legal interests with the company's interests in the best possible way.
- You have the courage to present legal analyses with integrity.
- You have a good knowledge of French, Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
