Robert Half is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant for a dynamic company located in Zaventem.
Our client is active in the Healthcare Industry.
The responsibilities for this function as an Accounts Payable Accountant are:
- You book daily invoices of suppliers (also purchase orders invoices);
- You update all bank accounts;
- You coordinate and organize bank transactions in order to prepare payment run according to published schedule;
- You execute payments and follow-up;
- You communicate with the company for payments to various countries;
- You execute the monthly intercompany billing ;
- You do the Intercompany-Intergroup balance reconciliation & confirmation;
- You do the Intercompany audit confirmation;
- You reconcile monthly bank accounts;
- You assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly closing;
- You get knowledge of the internal organization;
- You develop and maintain those internal relationships necessary to perform your role to understand all tasks/process within the accounting department;
- You act as a back-up for other accounting team members;
The required qualifications for the position as an Accounts Payable Accountant are:
- You have an excellent knowledge of English;
- You have a good knowledge of SAP and Excel;
- You are pro-active, organised, dynamic and accurate;
- You are very flexible and are able to reach out to your colleagues;
- You are a real templayer.
