Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een **Accounts Payable Specialist** (m/v/x) voor een bedrijf gelegen in Zaventem. - opdracht van mei tot en met eind september.
Onze klant is een bedrijf actief in de medische sector.
De **verantwoordelijkheden** voor deze functie als **Accounts Payable** Specialist** zijn:
- Matching en verwerking van leveranciersfacturen in SAP;
- Opmaken en controleren van betalingsvoorstellen en het verkrijgen van goedkeuringen voor het uitvoeren van de betalingen;
- Controleren van mislukte betalingen;
- Controleren van leveranciersdetails;
- Vendor statement, onderzoek en discrepantie corrigeren;
- Reageren op alle vragen van leveranciers op een tijdige en nauwkeurige manier;
- Bewaren van bestanden en documentatie op een zorgvuldige en nauwkeurige manier, in overeenstemming met het bedrijfsbeleid en de geaccepteerde boekhoudpraktijken;
- Fungeren als een back-up voor het verwerken van reiskostenrapporten;
- Assisteren bij andere dagelijkse taken indien nodig.
De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie als **Accounts Payable** **Specialist** zijn:
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels;
- Je hebt minstens drie jaar ervaring als Boekhouder;
- Je hebt kennis van MS Office;
- Je hebt kennis van SAP;
- Je bent leergierig;
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je kan autonoom werken;
- Je bent onmiddellijk beschikbaar.
