Category Management plays a pivotal role in our business by making informed decisions to optimally meet our consumer demands and needs.
The Role
As a Category & Innovation Management Intern you will:
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends and consumer preferences in the beer industry and how this has an impact on our portfolio
- Manage assortment planning, working out the adequate portfolio tailormade to the shopper base of the retailer
- Follow-up on the launch of new innovations in the beer category
- You will be doing this on one hand by joining the daily routines of the other team members and on the other hand by fully owning your own project(s)
- As an intern, you will be working together with the team in our office in Leuven on a daily basis
Who are we looking for?
- We are in search of an individual with a robust analytical mindset and proficient knowledge of MS Office
- An enthusiastic intern with a genuine passion for the beer industry, who thrives in a collaborative team environment
- We seek someone who possesses a proactive approach, is unafraid to take initiative, and has a proven track record of accomplishing tasks efficiently
- Interest in operating within the fast-paced FMCG sector is a definite plus
- Availability for a minimum of 3 months starting in February / March 2025
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, as the internship will be associated with their academic curriculum
- Fluency in either French or Dutch, along with a strong command of English, is required
