**Description de l'emploi**
- Vous avez déjà une certaine expérience dans le suivi de sujets réglementaires transverses et avez la faculté de synthétiser et vulgariser ces matières pour les expliquer aux différentes parties prenantes impactées afin de les aider à mettre en place des plans d’action
- Vous avez des talents de project manager et vous aimez travailler sur des projets transversaux stratégiques dans les matières régulatoires qui sont dans votre scope
- Vous aimez le contact avec les autres, vous attachez de l’importance à la collaboration et avez la capacité de fédérer les personnes avec qui vous travaillez pour les amener vers un objectif commun
- Vous vous sentez à l’aise de représenter Ethias au sein des différents groupe de travail d’Assuralia et de participer activement à ces réunions, pour ensuite en relayer le contenu de manière synthétique aux différents départements concernés
- Vous êtes de nature curieuse, vous aimez apprendre et vous faites aisément des liens entre différents sujets liés à la stratégie sustainability
- Vous savez prendre de la hauteur et avez une bonne capacité de synthèse, mais vous ne craignez pas non plus de mettre la main à l’ouvrage pour apporter aux équipes un support concret dans la traduction de ces objectifs réglementaires dans leurs day-to-day
- Vous communiquez aisément tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral et vous vous sentez à l’aise de présenter les sujets sur lesquels vous travaillez à tout type d’audience au sein d’Ethias (collaborateurs, management, direction)

**Le profil**
- Vous avez une expérience certaine dans le suivi de sujets réglementaires complexes, que ça soit dans un environnement juridique, compliance ou en tant que consultant, et vous avez une certaine affinité avec le monde financier (banque, assurance, asset management,)
- Vous avez l’expérience ou la capacité requise pour gérer des projets transversaux nécessitant la mise en place et la coordination de plan d’actions impliquant différents départements (dans un rôle de « chef d’orchestre »)
- Vous avez la capacité d’expliquer et de traduire des sujets parfois complexes de manière simple et didactique afin d’amener les équipes à l’opérationnaliser dans leur day-to-day
- Vous aimez le travail d’équipe et avez une capacité à prendre le lead sur votre champ de compétences
- Vous appréciez un haut degré d’indépendance dans votre manière de travaille tout en étant un vrai team player
- Vous êtes très organisé et consciencieux des échéances à respecter
- Vous êtes force de proposition et prenez des initiatives pour aller de l’avant et faire avancer les sujets
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les textes rédigés en anglais, français et néerlandais

Vous êtes bilingue NL/FR ou avez à tout le moins une bonne connaissance de la deuxième langue (et une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
