**Mission**:
Your role amongst that team will be to drive product management aspects, from market understanding to product launch.
- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

You will work with the R&D teams as well as the Product Manager community of IBA, in the four business units.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
As Product Manager, you will be responsible to:

- Listen to and analyze the market needs to identify new product opportunities, improvements, and strategic partnerships in all regionDevelop product and market expertise (competitive analysis, product segmentation, etc)
- Define a product roadmap consistently with the market and validate it with the Business Unit
- Act as enabler of cross functional collaboration, mainly with R&D, Industrial and Regulatory teams
- Maintain and extend internal and external network, strategic partners, etc
- Support international tradeshows and other customers events
- Define and follow the development of new solutions and partnerships adapted to the BU’s strategic plan
- Monitor competitors and alternative technologies

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**:

- A Master or a PhD degree in Chemistry, Physico-chemistry, or equivalent
- Experience in Industrial sector or Governmental organization with a focus in the field of sludge and polluted water treatment is a plus
- Fluent in English language speaking and writing required
- A customer-oriented person with very good interpersonal skills, ready to work in a complex and international environment
- Proactive person willing to take initiatives
- Fascinated by science and new technologies, always willing to learn
- Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback to develop solutions
- Flexible and rigorous
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to 40% when needed
