**De functie**:
In order to reinforce its team, Winterhalter Belgium is looking for a passionate Service Director (m/v/x) leading the Service Operations in Londerzeel, Belgium.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

As part of the management team of Winterhalter Belgium, you will be taking up the end-to-end responsibility of the service department (ca. 20 FTE’s).

In this role you will be reporting to the Managing Director.
- Develop and implement service strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and coach the service operations team managers including field service, customer service and logistics.
- Ensure 1 st class customer service through the entire service process.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of service department performance metrics.
- Recruit, train, and mentor service staff to deliver high-quality service.
- Develop, align, implement, and manage service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

**Het profiel**:
You are a loyal, driven and goal-oriented leader who is able to further grow and professionalize the service business in the country.
- You have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- You have 8+ years of experience in service management.
- You have a good insight into all service aspects, related to technical systems and machines with a long life cycle.
- You’re used to work with KPI’s and having a strong financial insight.
- You have proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- You are able to operate on director-level but closely involved in the daily operations.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- You are digitally oriented and an expert in service management software tools.
- You have proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
