This is an excellent opportunity for a senior digital marketer who wants to work for a purpose driven global company where children come first and where we strive to develop the builders of tomorrow.

**Please note**: The LEGO Benelux office is located in Brasschaat, Belgium (nearby the Dutch border). We can offer a local Belgian or Dutch contract depending on the country in which you are currently living in. Our flexible working model is 3 days office/2 days home.

**Core Responsibilities**:
- Translating the global and regional digital media strategy into a local Benelux context. Develop and lead the digital Strategy for the Benelux, incl. budget recommendations.- Driver of Digital Marketing performance measurement, translating performance data into practical insights for the full team.- Leading strategic media management being the first point of contact for the media agencies and driver of strategic media briefs, after actions, audits and strategic dialogues.- Strategic planning (and execution) of Retail media with full funnel advertising plans on the main retail media platforms.- Ambassador of the LEGO learning agenda, driving capability building and embedding an innovation approach in the teams.- Drive alignment and collaboration with local and regional teams, ensure efficiency and consistency in execution.

Our Marketing team consists of outstanding marketers who make data driven decisions and distil consumer - and shopper insights to develop and implement effective marketing plans. Across the team, we implement campaigns including traditional and digital media, events and instore execution ultimately to ensure strong engagement with our target groups.

We translate global strategies into local go-to-market-strategies and are active contributors across the full value chain. We have a wide set of partners in the local marketing and sales teams, with regional teams, as well as IP, media agencies and retail partners to deliver on our vision of inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow

**Do you have what it takes?**:
- Extensive relevant experience in digital marketing from agency, start-up or premium consumer brand. Affinity with both the Dutch and Belgian media landscape is necessary.- Proficient knowledge of digital channel management and ability to connect digital metrics & OKR with overall marketing and business objectives.- Track record of crafting and rolling out innovative, strategic and comprehensive digital marketing projects.- Relationship builder and collaborator embracing and inspiring change. Desire to drive productive change and sustainable behaviors.- Drive for results - championing effectiveness and data centricity, ability to turn findings into action.- Future thinking - focused on trends with the ability to translate trends into pilots and scale them.- Budget ownership, direction setting and coaching.- Translate performance data into insights to drive core business objectives.- Strong understanding of GDPR (preferably GDPR-k).- Proficient in English and Dutch (written and oral).
