2 years ago, a new métier was launched by Hermès Parfum: the Beauty. As the freelance Make-Up Artist, you will be responsible for passing on the culture and helping to promote this new expression in the store. You will carefully identify the customers’ requirements and needs to help them choose their Hermès Beauty products and provide a qualitative experience.
Principales activités
- Greet customers warmly on the store floor
- Inspire customers to dream by introducing them to our Beauty products and encouraging them to try our new creations
- Inform customers about new products and beauty trends
- Sell our cosmetics products with enthusiasm and deliver the highest quality after-sales service to retain customers
- Share your expertise/makeup tips among the team, provide training
- Demonstrate warmth and patience in all dealings with our customers, always displaying a ‘can-do’ and personalised attitude
- Contribute to turnover of store through active selling
- Be proactive in familiarising yourself with merchandise to enhance product knowledge
- Deliver an outstanding service to all clients, always aiming to understand and getting to know them and their wishes
**What you will need**:
- You are a **qualified makeup artist**:
- Previous experience in cosmetics sales (ideally makeup, skincare or fragrance) for a quality house with recognised expertise in the field
- A true passion for people & service
- A team player attitude to reach a common goal & go the extra mile
- **Fluent in French and English are a must.** Dutch is a nice plus
- The ability to adapt to different cultures & a real sense of empathy
- Broad interest/knowledge in topics of general culture (Arts, Travel, Literature, News..)
- To be up to date on beauty trends
