**ASTRID** is een innoverend en hoogtechnologisch netwerk voor spraak en gegevens. De radiocommunicatie via het ASTRID-netwerk is specifiek bestemd voor alle hulp
- en veiligheidsdiensten en ondersteunt hun onderlinge samenwerking.

Politie, brandweer en hulpdiensten kunnen dankzij ASTRID snel en veilig communiceren. Het digitale netwerk wordt in elke provincie aangevuld met een geïntegreerde meldkamer.

ASTRID is een naamloze vennootschap van publiek recht, een initiatief van de federale overheid. Om ons team in onze hoofdzetel te Brussel te versterken, zoeken wij momenteel enthousiaste medewerkers (m/v).

**Project Manager Security**

**Functieprofiel**:

- U bent binnen het **Team IT Platforms & Security** mee verantwoordelijk voor het definiëren en implementeren van beveiligingsvereisten voor nieuwe projecten en IT-systemen in de ASTRID-infrastructuur. U neemt de rol op van **Domain (Technology) Owner.**:

- U bent verantwoordelijk voor de vertaling van het **Security-beleid **in concrete maatregelen, procedures en instructies die verband houden met zowel de fysieke (on-prem infrastructure) als de virtuele (private en public cloud) IT-omgevingen van ASTRID.
- U ziet toe op de kwaliteit van de geleverde diensten in een ‘Managed Services’-context. Enerzijds meer specifiek in het kader van een CyberSOC-dienstverlening, anderzijds meer algemeen in relatie tot andere externe integratoren en leveranciers.
- U beoordeelt en valideert de technische aanbevelingen van bestaande dienstverleners in het kader van een ITIL-georiënteerde aanpak. U denkt actief mee in het vooraf bepalen en nadien evalueren van technische en functionele specificaties in het kader van overheidsopdrachten en dat binnen uw competentiedomein IT-beveiliging.
- U neemt actief deel aan alle IT-projecten.
- U neemt de rol op van Team Member (en dus adviesverstrekker) in andere ASTRID-projecten waar er nood is aan specifieke competenties inzake IT-beveiliging. In deze rol volgt u de implementaties van deze projecten mee en ziet u nauwlettend toe op de consequente en consistente toepassing van de afgesproken maatregelen, procedures en instructies.
- U rapporteert aan de Team Leader IT Platforms & Security dat als Team deel uitmaakt van het departement Customer Services and Operations.

**Verwacht**:

- U hebt **minstens een bachelor diploma** in **Information Technology, (Cyber) Information Security, Intelligence en Security Management of gelijkwaardig**.
- U hebt voldoende relevante ervaring in het beheer van externe integratoren in een ‘**Managed Services**’-context. Ervaring met CyberSOC-dienstenleveranciers is een absoluut pluspunt.
- U hebt in een rol als Project Manager één of meer standaarden voor projectbeheer (PMBOK, PRINCE2 of AgilePM) in de praktijk gebruikt.
- U hebt een **brede kennis van IT-infrastructuren**, **systemen**, **netwerken**, en **applicaties**, evenals inzicht in beveiligingsrisico's en -oplossingen. Specifieke ervaringen met Check Point, Palo Alto, F5, Cisco ESA, M365 E5 Security portfolio, CyberArk, Cisco ACI/SDA en Infoblox zijn een absoluut pluspunt.
- U bent stressbestendig en u beschikt over goede communicatie
- en samenwerkingsvaardigheden om effectief te kunnen communiceren met verschillende belanghebbenden (collega’s, integratoren, leveranciers, klanten,).
- U hebt zin voor initiatief en u bent bereid uw technische kennis en bewustzijn van nieuwe beveiligingsrisico's, trends en oplossingen voortdurend bij te werken.
- U bent klantbewust en beschikt over een gezonde dosis empathie.
- U bent vertrouwd met de **ITIL-methodologie**.
- **Kennis van het Fran**s als tweede taal is **noodzakelijk**, en u beschikt over een **goede kennis** van het **technisch Engels**.
