Binnen Employee Benefits & Health Care zoekt de afdeling Business Engineering naar de beste oplossingen om de strategie van de businessline te ondersteunen. Daarom onderhoudt de afdeling nauwe contacten met de interne businesses (Sales, Marketing, BDS & Services) en IT. Doel? De behoeften van de business omzetten in efficiënte IT-oplossingen, ze testen en implementeren, in samenwerking met de betrokken afdelingen.

We zijn op zoek naar **een Test Leader** voor de coördinatie van de testactiviteiten op onze 'core' applicaties voor aanvullend pensioen en gezondheidszorg (binnen het team **Classics**).

**Je functie**
- Je bent **de** contactpersoon voor testactiviteiten** die een impact hebben voor het team Classics.
- Je **coördineert** de taken van het team, je plant** het beheer van de middelen** en prioriteert de verschillende testactiviteiten (strategie, voorbereiding en uitvoering van testscenario's) die nodig zijn om kwaliteitsreleases te garanderen.
- Je ziet toe op **de kwaliteit en voortgang van het testen** in de testomgevingen (kwalificatie en acceptatie).
- Je bent ook **zelf** betrokken bij de verschillende testactiviteiten.
- Je draagt bij tot de voortdurende evolutie van het **'Non Regression Testing'** patrimonium.
- **Samenwerking** is belangrijk. Je hebt regelmatig contact met de verschillende projectleiders, analisten, testers en maintenancecollega's binnen Business Engineering en IT.

- **Testen** is jouw ding. Je weet veel over de betrokken **technieken en methodes**. Je hebt zelfs een certificering op zak? Absoluut een plus
- Je hebt uitstekende **organisatorische vaardigheden** en kan goed **delegeren**.
- **De samenwerking** tussen de klanten en de technici bevorderen? Da’s jouw dada.
- **Verandering schrikt je niet af.**:

- Je houdt altijd** het budget en de planning** in de gaten, en je respecteert je** deadlines**.
- Je bent een **teamspeler** en integreert je probleemloos in een hecht en dynamisch team.
- Je bent een **geboren communicator** en je past je gemakkelijk aan je doelpubliek aan.
- Spreek je naast Nederlands ook een woordje Frans? Super Hetzelfde geldt voor Engels? Amazing
